Preschool Programs
TAISO Gymnastics Training Centre offers two programs for Preschool Age kids:
Parent & Tot (18 months - 3 1/2 years) - 40 Minutes:
A unique pre school program where a guardian/caregiver (one adult/child) actively participates with their 18 month - 3.5 year old child in basic gymnastics and movement experience using all equipment set up appropriately for the age level. The class helps your child develop body awareness and coordination while promoting cooperation and socialization.
Active Start (3 - 4 1/2 years & not in school) - 50 Minutes:
A valuable program for preschool children age 3-5, with a ratio of 6 or 7 children to 1 instructor. This activity-oriented class focuses on the complete physical development of your child, while promoting cooperation and socialization. The class incorporates basic gymnastics and movement experience using equipment set up appropriately for the age level. Your child will learn to understand "why he/she can do it" and "how to do it" in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.
